Each shower I’ve taken so far since my surgery, I’ve spent a good portion of it trying to will my fingers back to full mobility (they’ve only been able to move half as much as they should). The doctor said it’s just a matter of time now until they all kick back into gear. Being dormant for half-a-year takes a bit of time for nerves to recoup. I hope they do.

Sunny days are around the corner and the biggest thing I’m looking forward to are days spent on the bike. It’s funny, this syndrome threatens just about every aspect of my career (it’s my focus/zoom hand, mouse short-cut hand and it owns half the keyboard for coding), yet the thing I’m most concerned with is whether or not I’ll be able to hop a 10-stair again without my hand blowing off the grip.
