Last year, I decided to take a picture a day with my cellphone at roughly 7:47pm. I figured it’d be a fun little exercise and for the first couple hundred days, it worked smoothly.

But then something tragic happened. I sat on my phone (I weigh 280lbs) and cracked the LCD. Then a few weeks after that, I sat on it again and broke it even more. It started doing this thing where it’ll be hanging out in my pocket and then all of a sudden, it’ll start calling random people on its own (it’ll hang up almost immediately after they answer). It was funny for a little bit but quickly got annoying. At that point, I had to stop carrying my phone on me everywhere I went and my photo a day for a year exercise was aborted.
